    Description:

Can Professional Ethical Autonomy Survive in the 21st Century?

    • Ethics from a public perspective.

o How ethical is your profession?

    • Social challenges as ethical questions.

o What does ethics have to do with social issues?

    • Ethics and the marketplace.

o Is your profession being subverted by the marketplace?

    • The role of business.

o How can business make a difference?

We will look at some of these questions, and more in this interactive workshop, where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, to share with each other, and perhaps see ethics from a new perspective.

Presenter(s): Peter Eichten – Metro State Professor

Peter Eichten has been an administrator in Catholic and Protestant churches for more than 25 years.
