Front Door Housing Service (Coordinated Entry Point) for Hennepin County and Ramsey County
To be included in Coordinated Entry to Housing, applicants will need to be assessed and referred to their county. In Hennepin County, assessments are being provided to households that are currently residing in shelter or on the streets. If your client is staying in shelter or on the streets, they may ask a shelter advocate or outreach worker for an assessment. In Ramsey County, individuals may be assessed through Dorothy Day or Safezone, while families can connect with CE by dialing 211 from a landline, or 651-291-0211 from a cell phone. Additionally, if you have further questions or concerns about how the process works or how to connect to CE, you may visit these websites: Hennepin County and Ramsey County.
